Habitualment l&#8217;EFSA rep l&#8217;enc\u00e0rrec, un panell d&#8217;especialistes treballa i emet una opini\u00f3 i es treballa en base a aquest informe per legislar. Despr\u00e9s tots els pa\u00efsos de la Uni\u00f3 Europea han transposar la norma.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Raons_per_adoptar_limits_de_Perclorat_en_aliments\"><\/span>Raons per adoptar l\u00edmits de Perclorat en aliments.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Al seu dia, la CONTAM va establir una ingesta di\u00e0ria tolerable de Perclorat de 0,3 micrograms per quilogram de pes corporal a el dia, tenint en compte la inhibici\u00f3 de la captaci\u00f3 tiro\u00efdal de iode en adults sans. La contam va arribar a la conclusi\u00f3 que l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria cr\u00f2nica al perclorat estimada en l&#8217;actualitat pot afectar, en particular, als grans consumidors en els grups m\u00e9s joves de la poblaci\u00f3 que presentin una manca de iode lleu o moderada. A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s possible que l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 de curta durada al perclorat estimada en l&#8217;actualitat sigui motiu de preocupaci\u00f3 en el cas dels lactants alimentats amb llet materna i dels nens petits amb baixa ingesta de iode.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;establir aquesta ingesta di\u00e0ria tolerable de Perclorat, CONTAM va recomanar que els Estats membres recopilaran dades addicionals sobre la pres\u00e8ncia de perclorat en els aliments a Europa, especialment en el cas de les hortalisses, els preparats per a lactants, la llet i els productes lactis, per tal de reduir m\u00e9s encara l&#8217;incertesa en l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 del risc. Aquest proc\u00e9s \u00e9s l&#8217;habitual quan s&#8217;estableixen els l\u00edmits.<\/p>\n<p>CONTAM va examinar les conclusions de l&#8217;informe sobre el perclorat en els aliments en el seu 87\u00aa reuni\u00f3 plen\u00e0ria, celebrada al novembre de 2017, i va observar una correspond\u00e8ncia substancial dels nivells d&#8217;exposici\u00f3 estimats en el dit informe amb els estimats en el dictamen de la contam el 2014. Tenint en compte la ingesta di\u00e0ria tolerable pr\u00e8viament establerta de 0,3 mg \/ kg de pes corporal al dia, la contam va confirmar la conclusi\u00f3 que l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 cr\u00f2nica i de curta durada al perclorat existent en l&#8217;actualitat pot ser motiu de preocupaci\u00f3 per a la salut humana. Aix\u00f2 va provocar que es prengu\u00e9s la decisi\u00f3 de legislar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_diu_el_Reglament_2020685\"><\/span>Qu\u00e8 diu el Reglament 2020\/685?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El resum del Reglament 2020\/685 \u00e9s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Que l&#8217;annex del&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/ALL\/?uri=CELEX%3A32006R1881\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reglament 1881\/2006<\/a>&nbsp;es modifica pel que fa al Perclorat.<\/li>\n<li>Els productes alimentaris enumerats a l&#8217;annex del Reglament que s&#8217;hagin comercialitzat legalment abans de l&#8217;1 de juliol de 2020 es poden seguir comercialitzant fins a la seva data de consum preferent o de caducitat.<\/li>\n<li>El present Reglament entrar\u00e0 en vigor als vint dies de la seva publicaci\u00f3 al Diari Oficial de la Uni\u00f3 Europea. \u00c9s aplicable a partir de l&#8217;1 de juliol de 2020.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quins_son_els_limits_de_Perclorat_en_aliments\"><\/span>Quins s\u00f3n els l\u00edmits de Perclorat en aliments?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Els que t&#8217;exposem en la taula i et relatem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fruites i hortalisses: m\u00e0xim 0,05 mg \/ kg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excepte&nbsp;<em>Curcubitaceae<\/em>&nbsp;i col arrissada: m\u00e0xim 0,10 mg \/ kg.<\/li>\n<li>Hortalisses de fulla i herbes: m\u00e0xim 0,50 mg \/ kg.<\/li>\n<li>Te&nbsp;<em>(Camellia sinensis)&nbsp;<\/em>sec. infusions d&#8217;herbes i fruites dissecades: m\u00e0xim 0,75 mg \/ kg.<\/li>\n<li>Preparats per a lactants, preparats de continuaci\u00f3 i aliments per a usos m\u00e8dics especials destinats als lactants i nens de curta edat, i preparats per a nenspetits:m\u00e0xim 0,01 mg \/ kg.<\/li>\n<li>Aliments infantils: m\u00e0xim 0,02 mg \/ kg.<\/li>\n<li>Aliments elaborats a base de cereals: m\u00e0xim 0,01 mg \/ kg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"imagen left horizontal\"><\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"En_que_mafecta_el_Reglament_2020685_i_els_limits_de_perclorat_si_tinc_una_negoci_alimentari\"><\/span>En qu\u00e8 m&#8217;afecta el Reglament 2020\/685 i els l\u00edmits de perclorat si tinc una negoci alimentari?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Si tens un negoci en la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria, restauraci\u00f3, etc. has de tenir present les seg\u00fcents consideracions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Haur\u00e0s establir controls a l&#8217;entrada de productes.<\/li>\n<li>Incloure aquests l\u00edmits en l&#8217;homologaci\u00f3 de prove\u00efdors per a aquest tipus de productes.<\/li>\n<li>Controls anal\u00edtics si has de verificar aquests productes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si necessites ajuda amb aquestes tasques o altres&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.qualitatis.es\/ca\/contacte-2\/\">pots contactar amb nosaltres<\/a>. Els efectes en la salut es donarien, de manera hipot\u00e8tica, en consums prolongats de productes amb nivells elevats de perclorat. Pel que no sembla molt probable.
