Si recordes l&#8217;entrada sobre al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies i intoler\u00e0ncies aliment\u00e0ries, deixem clares les implicacions que per a la salut dels que ingereixen un aliment pot tenir la pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;al\u00b7l\u00e8rgens.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Es_obligatoria_aquesta_formacio\"><\/span>\u00c9s obligat\u00f2ria aquesta formaci\u00f3?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Fent una mica d&#8217;hist\u00f2ria, el Reial Decret 109\/2010, de 5 de febrer, pel qual es modifiquen diversos reials decrets en mat\u00e8ria sanit\u00e0ria per a la seva adaptaci\u00f3 a la Llei 17\/2009, de 22 de desembre, de modificaci\u00f3 de diverses lleis per a seva adaptaci\u00f3 a la Llei 17\/2009, de 23 de novembre, sobre el lliure acc\u00e9s a les activitats de serveis i el seu exercici, va derogar el Reial Decret 202\/2000 que establia les normes relatives als manipuladors d&#8217;aliments. A partir d&#8217;aquest moment, <strong>un dels objectius de la formaci\u00f3 ha de ser mantenir els treballadors actualitzats en els continguts dels darrers canvis normatius i \/ o tecnol\u00f2gics.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tot aix\u00f2, partint de la premissa del Reglament (CE) 852\/2004 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell relatiu a la higiene dels productes alimentaris, on en el seu cap\u00edtol VIII de l&#8217;annex II s&#8217;estableixen condicions d&#8217;higiene i formaci\u00f3, ens porten al marc en el qual s&#8217;engloba la necessitat i la import\u00e0ncia de la formaci\u00f3 sobre al\u00b7l\u00e8rgens per a qualsevol treballador que treballi en la manipulaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"En_que_consisteix_el_curs_dallergens_online\"><\/span>En qu\u00e8 consisteix el curs d&#8217;al\u00b7l\u00e8rgens online?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Estem parlant d&#8217;un curs de formaci\u00f3 online sobre al\u00b7l\u00e8rgens per a qualsevol treballador de la ind\u00fastria agroaliment\u00e0ria, sigui quina sigui la seva feina: hostaleria, venda al detall de productes, producci\u00f3, elaboraci\u00f3, envasat, etc. Com ja hem esmentat, es tracta d&#8217;un curs amb el temari necessari per complir amb la legislaci\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>El curs est\u00e0 estructurat de manera que l&#8217;alumne llegeix i estudia el temari, realitza l&#8217;examen online i un cop s&#8217;aprova rep de manera instant\u00e0nia el certificat.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"De_quins_temes_consta_el_curs_dallergens_en_linia\"><\/span>De quins temes consta el curs d&#8217;al\u00b7l\u00e8rgens en l\u00ednia?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El curs d&#8217;al\u00b7l\u00e8rgens online que t&#8217;toferim des de Qualitats \u00e9s un curs amb un temari b\u00e0sic per\u00f2 que a per altra banda compleix amb tot el que cal saber.
