En aquest post t&#8217;informem de com aconseguir-ho. Parlarem del carnet de manipulador d&#8217;aliments en la Comunitat Valenciana.\u00a0Vols treballar a la Comunitat Valenciana o en qualsevol altra comunitat aut\u00f2noma com a manipulador d&#8217;aliments o servint menjars? Hi ha moltes oportunitats de treball. Les estad\u00edstiques de la Generalitat Valenciana mostren que\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/WWW.IVE.ES\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a la Comunitat Valenciana hi ha m\u00e9s de 30000 bars i restaurants en l&#8217;\u00faltim recompte.<\/a>\u00a0Nom\u00e9s en l&#8217;hostaleria, sector serveis, treballen 134000 persones. Tot aix\u00f2 sense tenir en compte altres sectors productius com el hortofruct\u00edcola. Per treballar en aquests sectors primer haur\u00e0s d&#8217;obtenir el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.qualitatis.es\/ca\/cursos-online-calidad-sanitaria\/\"><strong>carnet de manipulador d&#8217;aliments.<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Una certificaci\u00f3 requerida a nivell estatal pel\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2010-2696\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reial Decret 109\/2010<\/a>\u00a0pel qual es modifiquen diversos Reials Decrets en mat\u00e8ria sanit\u00e0ria per a la seva adaptaci\u00f3 a la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/boe.es\/buscar\/pdf\/2009\/BOE-A-2009-18731-consolidado.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Llei 17\/2009 de 23 de novembre, sobre el lliure acc\u00e9s a les activitats de serveis i el seu exercici.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>La llei va ser aprovada per adaptar a la legislaci\u00f3 espanyola\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/LexUriServ\/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:L:2004:139:0001:0054:es:PDF\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">el Reglament Europeu 852\/2004 relatiu a la higiene dels productes alimentaris<\/a>\u00a0i aix\u00ed abordar brots de malalties transmeses per aliments a tot l&#8217;estat.
